Mandatory Abuse Training for ALL Joplin Little League volunteers

1. Directions for Abuse Awareness for Adults Course Completion--LITTLE LEAGUE:
   
   
   • Go to Adult Abuse Training
   •  Scroll down and click "Login to Training Portal" if you have an account or "Create an Account" if you do not.
   •  Enter all required information if you're creating an account or your login information if you already have one.
   • If creating an account they will send you an email with your username (email) and a temporary password, which you will be required to change on your initial login.
   • Once you are logged in, on the left side of the page you will select "ALL", then "Abuse Awareness 2026", and then "ENROLL".
   • You will then have the option to start the course. Once you are done it is recommended that you save and print a copy of your certificate.
2. To Save a Copy of your Certificate
   • Click on "All" under "Courses" in the left margin
   • Click on the "▶ Review" button on the  "Abuse Awareness Training" container.
   • Click on "🏆 Certificate" button
   • A new tab will open in your browser and your certificate will be displayed (Note: This may take a minute to open!)
   • You will then see your certificate on the screen in the native PDF Viewer of your browser.
   • You should see an option to "Download" in the top right margin of the page (⬇️  or similar icon)
   • Save the file on your computer
     
3. Send the Joplin Softball Little League a copy of your Certificate
   • Click this link: UPLOAD CERTIFICATE HERE
   • Complete the form
   • Enter your email and use the same one as what you entered in the Little League University to complete the training
   • Click "+ Add File" underneath the picture of the Abuse Awareness Training from LL.U.
   • Upload the certificate that you downloaded after completing the training
     
   • Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page
